Rocco’s Voice is proud to announce that we have partnered with the Town of Oyster Bay to build an all inclusive playground right here in the Plainedge community.

Rocco’s Voice was founded as a family foundation when Rocco was diagnosed with autism.

At first, an autism diagnosis is frightening; there are so many unknowns. .

Rocco’s Voice is our way of trying to reach out and help others to understand what life on the spectrum is like for children and families.

Our goal with Rocco’s Voice is to give every child, the same advantages and opportunities.

An all inclusive playground, with sensory equipment along with equipment for children with physical challenges is something that should be accessible in all playgrounds.

This joint venture with the Town of Oyster Bay will be the first step in seeing that every playground in the Town of OysterBay and beyond be INCLUSIVE!

That being said, this is our biggest endeavor yet. Some have said to big for such a small family run charity to handle, but living on the Autism spectrum has taught us to never stop fighting and advocating for our children, and we will not stop now. Our goal is to make this park a reality, we have committed to raising $100,000 of which will be combined with additional monies that the town so generously has committed to.

As we undertake this massive project, we need your help.
