My Dad (Rocco Zicolello) started working at Parsippany Hills High School in 2001 as a Security guard and he loved his jobs and making sure school was a safe environment of all of the students and teachers. The beginning of this year my dad had a stroke and was out of work for a few months and when he returned he got approved for his contract for the 2024-2025 school year. Three weeks later at the board meeting they changed their minds and wanted to hire someone younger than him leaving him two years short of him pension and no health coverage. My dad got in contact with a Lawyer to ask him if there is anything he can do and the lawyer said yes there is, but the cost for the Lawyer is $5,000 dollars to get the case started. It would mean the world to my Dad if anyone can help out with the Lawyers fees to help my dad with fighting the school after they approved his contract for the 24-25 school year.
