In May 2018 Rob Marcellaro (30), was diagnosed with stage 3  Primary Mediastinal B-cell Lymphoma. This particular type of cancer is a fast growing, rare subtype of Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. 

As it stands, Rob has 5 tumors, ranging from a few centimeters to the largest being a 5 inch tumor in his chest. He is currently out of work for a minimum of 3 months, due to the physical side effects of this illness which have been debilitating. 

Rob is a local mail carrier, and chances are if you live in Vero Beach, he’s delivered your mail at least once. He’s also an incredible father to our 5 year old son, Vincent. Rob has been my best friend and my lifeline for almost 7 years now, and neither Vincent or myself can imagine our lives without him.

While this recent diagnosis has left us stressed, we are not allowing it to overcome our lives. We are beyond hopeful and excited to start treatment within the next couple of weeks. 

Rob is a large source of income for our family, so with him being out of work for at LEAST a few months, the medical bills that have come in, and the ones that will come in the future, we are reaching out for help.
