Robo Sapiens 2022-2023

We are FIRST Tech Challenge Team #14503: the Robo Sapiens, a veteran community team from Sugar Land, Texas. Our coach inspired us to compete in FTC, and we believe that our work this season speaks to our diligence and resilience in not letting challenges get in the way of success.

Last season, we were able to achieve first place overall at the SW League Championships as well as the 2nd place Inspire Award (best overall management + outreach + robot) at the SE Texas Regional Championship. This qualified us for the World Championship competition, where we placed 11th of 160 teams in the preliminary rounds, qualified for the playoffs, and were eventually eliminated in the semi-finals. This finish ranks us in the top 12teams in the world.
