We are hoping to raise money to help fund Robin’s bucket list following his diagnosis of Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), a rare, aggressive and incurable brain tumour.

Suddenly, the decades we thought we had ahead of us with him have been cruelly taken away, and we are facing the devastating reality that our time is heartbreakingly limited, with the likelihood that he won’t be with us this time next year.

Robin is 8 years old, although he will be very quick to remind you that his birthday is coming up!

He is the absolute heart of our family. He is cheeky, funny, wonderfully imaginative and has the most infectious personality.

He will spend hours creating elaborate war setups that we spend our lives tripping over all around the house. He will try to persuade absolutely anyone to agree to a game of chess (although we’re fairly sure he makes up the rules as he goes along!). Lego, Minecraft and, especially, Star Wars are all worlds that Robin has introduced us to.

Robin’s diagnosis has turned our world upside down.

All the memories, adventures and moments we thought we had years to make are now things we desperately want to make happen in the limited time we have.

We are raising money to help make Robin’s bucket list dreams a reality. From giving him the best birthday party ever, to unforgettable Star Wars experiences, the excitement of going in an army helicopter, theme parks and the magic of visiting Santa at Lapland UK, we want to give Robin experiences that make his eyes light up.

We want him to have things to look forward to, adventures to get excited about and moments filled with happiness, wonder and laughter, especially when the journey ahead feels so dark.
And we want his sisters to be part of these memories too.

Robin is the best big brother to his two little sisters, aged 5 and 1, who worship and adore him. They laugh together, tease each other and get up to mischief, and Robin would do absolutely anything for them.

We want them to experience these adventures alongside their big brother, to share in his excitement, to laugh together and to create precious memories they can carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help us bring Robin’s bucket list to life and give our family the opportunity to make these precious moments happen. Your generosity will help us create experiences that might otherwise be beyond our reach during this incredibly difficult time.

If you are unable to donate, sharing Robin’s story would mean the world to us. Every share helps his story reach more people and gives us another chance to make his dreams a reality.

As a family, we want Robin to feel surrounded by love. We want him to know how many people are cheering him on, how many hearts he has touched and just how much happiness he deserves.

Robin is so much more than his diagnosis.

He is an extraordinary son, nephew, grandson, cousin and friend. He has a huge imagination, a love of adventure and is an amazing little artist — all our homes are proudly covered in his drawings!

He has brought so much joy into the lives of everyone who knows him. He has a family and friends who would move mountains to make him happy.

We cannot change Robin’s diagnosis, but we can do everything in our power to fill his days with love, laughter, adventure and unforgettable experiences. We want to make the most of every opportunity to see him smile, to give him things to dream about and to make memories together that will mean everything to us.

We want to give Robin as many moments of magic as we possibly can, and we would be so grateful for your help in making that happen.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read Robin’s story, for your kindness, for every donation and for sharing his journey. Your support means more to our family than words could ever express.

Thank you ❤️
