Robin has always been the kind of woman who shows up. She’s the person who brings a home cooked meal to a neighbor without being asked, who checks in on friends just to make sure they’re okay, and who gives endlessly without expecting anything in return. Now, Robin needs our help.

She was recently diagnosed with stage 0 breast cancer; an early but serious form of cancer that, if left untreated, can grow and spread rapidly. While her doctors are hopeful because of the early detection, they’ve made it clear: she needs surgery as soon as possible to keep it from progressing. The urgency is real, but so is the financial challenge. The cost of the procedure, along with the upfront medical expenses, and the bills that will pile up while she is unable to work in recovery, comes to over $7,000; an amount that needs to be raised quickly in order to schedule the surgery without delay.
