Robin Barnett cremation and medical expenses

Hi, my name in Nikki Norton (Barnett) and I'm the daughter of Robin Barnett who passed away on June 29th, 2021 due to heart failure. I created this page to raise money for the cremation of my dad and celebration of life event, as well as medical expenses that were not covered by insurance. My dad did not have life insurance so any expenses will be paid out of pocket. Any and all donations are sincerely appreciated and will directly benefit the financial burden we are facing.

My dad enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with family and friends. He watched the Andy Griffith show every day and loved any movie with Sylvester Stallone. He loved watching sports, especially the Atlanta Braves and the Little League World Series. He loved my brother Austin more than life itself and was deeply affected by his loss. He and my mom were married for 39 years and were together since they were 13 and 16, married at age 18 and 21. He worked as a mobile mechanic for Illinois Transport for 20+ years and truly enjoyed fixing anything with a motor.

My mom and I are truly blessed with the support we have already received and I will be updating information in regard to a celebration of life when arrangements are finalized. Thank you, and God Bless.
