Saturday, May 13th, 2023 our family had a incident where part of our foundation wall collapse in our basement which took out the water, drain pipes from both sides of the house and sewer pipe. Had the adjuster come out today(May 16, 2023) and they said because the rock style foundation wall fell under wear and tear that it wouldn’t be covered as well as the pipes. I am having a plumber come out to get us water since we have been unable to use anything since that Saturday tomorrow (May 17, 2023) to fix it but the cost will be out of pocket for everything. To make matters worse, the foundation will need to be inspected and I am not sure what that cost will be but I am swallowing my pride to ask for support. I am hoping that they don’t say that the house is not safe because of it and my wife, kids, pets and I will have no place to go. Anything will help out in this and if you are unable to, then thoughts and prayers will do. Thank you.
