Help Robert Compete at Worlds in Japan!

Hi, my name is Robert Green — a long-time Force of Will player and part of this amazing TCG community. This November, the Force of Will World Grand Prix (WGP) is happening in Japan, and with it comes an incredible chance: the Day 2 Open Event, where anyone can compete for glory on the world stage.

This is my shot. ✨

While I didn’t win a main event invite, the Day 2 Open side event at Worlds is a rare chance for players like me to step up, face international competition, and prove ourselves alongside the best.

Why I Need Help:

The dream is real, but the wallet isn’t.

Flights, lodging, and food in Japan add up quickly, and right now I don’t have the resources to make it happen on my own. This GoFundMe is my chance to bridge that gap and give myself the opportunity to compete.

⸻

What This Covers:

• ✈️ Airfare to Japan (the biggest hurdle!)

• Lodging during the event

• Meals (yes, I plan on living off ramen at least once)

• Entry and travel costs so I can focus on playing my best

⸻

My Thank You Promise:

To everyone who helps me get there, I’ll try to create a “Journey Journal” update series — sharing photos, travel stories, and tournament highlights so you can experience this adventure right alongside me. From stepping off the plane to shuffling up in Day 2, I’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

TL;DR:

I want to go to Japan this November to compete at the Force of Will WGP Day 2 Open Event. This would help check off two big things for me. 1. I've never have been to Japan and 2. Getting to play with some of the best players in the world in this game. I don’t have the funds, but with your support — whether through a donation or a share — this dream can actually happen.

Thank you for reading, supporting, and believing in me. Let’s make it to Japan together!
