Hello, my name is Stacy and my husband and I travel to Grand Solmar Lands End in Cabo San Lucas three to four times a year. Some of our favorite staff are the "boys out front," and when we left on Monday, the head bellman Manny let us know that Roberto had suffered a severe accident resulting in a shattered ankle that needed extensive surgery. He will be unable to work for three months and is facing medical bills and expenses for his family. I'm determined to support our beloved Roberto, who always treats us like family during our stays. He always goes above and beyond for us, so I want to do what I can to do the same for him.
