Roberto Salazar a loving, patient and giving dad

Hi, My name is Mercedes Gutierrez. My stepdad/dad was in my life and the life of my six siblings for 41 years. My dad took my six siblings and I under his wing, he did not only took my mom as his wife but he also took us as his children. Thank you dad!!

It is with deep sadness and heartbreaking that I announce that on this date, my loving dad heard the calling of our Lord and went to rest until Jesus, our savior, calls his name with the sound of the trumpet.

My mom and dad taught me to give back to my community by working in social services. I grew up in a home where both my parents gave to others regardless that we had little resources. My dad volunteered for the 7th-day Adventist Church as a deacon year after year. For my dad, it was essential to bring faith and hope to others and served the church as a deacon to fulfill his purpose in this life. My family and I are heartbroken for losing such a loving person and dad. Death came unexpectedly to him, his two lungs failed, and during the process of waiting for a lung transplant his body lost full xoxygen. We ask for you to step up and help my family with covering the expenses of my dad's funeral, I know that he would have loved to see that his fruit of giving is now helping my mom. He loved my mom so very much that I am sure that he would had greatly appreciate your donations as a gesture of love and care for my mom.
