My name is Jair Cabañas, and I am reaching out on behalf of my stepfather, Roberto Bixano, and our family during an extraordinarily difficult time. Recently, our lives were upended when my stepfather was diagnosed with a brain tumor and advanced cancer. He has already undergone brain surgery and is currently receiving intensive chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
