ome of you may know that my dad has been sick the past couple of months, and we've finally received full diagnosis. He has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Adeno Squamous Cell Carcinoma. His prognosis with treatment and therapy is around 1-2 years, and without is about 6 months.

It has spread from the inside of his lungs to the lining of lungs, his adrenal gland, as well as a lymph node in his chest.

Many of you know my dad as 'Big Bob' with the darkest humor, constant sarcasm, gun shooting, whiskey-drinking self. Thankfully, he's still got that sense of humor going, but he is absolutely not his ridiculous old self anymore. He is barely 125lbs, barely has an appetite, constantly out of breath- doing any regular task is now more than a chore. Due to all these circumstances, my dad has not been able to work since September and will continue to be out of work for the foreseeable future. With my dad being the sole provider for my mom and sister, there is exactly no income coming in for them.

This is where I am asking for help. Not only does my family have no income flowing in, my dad also has no insurance coverage outside of medicaid to help with medical costs; treatments, medication, therapies, alternative medicine, etc.

Because the cancer my dad has is quite rare (two different cancers that do not respond to the same treatments) he has to undergo multiple combination treatments. If anyone can recommend alternative therapies, holistic treatments, specific doctors or centers (in state or not), research facilities, or your own personal experiences that can offer us some solution, it would be beyond appreciated.

We are at ends reach and can only hope that in posting this we will get closer to offering some relief for my dad and family.

Thank you to everyone <3
