As many of you know by now, Robert has fought to maintain a relationship with his son, Greg, for almost two years. During this time he has been working full-time as well as paying child support. After multiple failed attempts at establishing a mutual agreement through mediation, parent-to-parent communication, and lawyer-to-lawyer communication, Robert has made the difficult decision to use litigation to clarify his parental rights and gain joint custody. Unfortunately, while this is the most effective option, it is also the most costly. Therefore, I am reaching out to you, his friends and family, to ask for assistance. My goal is to raise $5,000 from his friends and family for legal fees and childcare expenses. Any contributions regardless of the size are appreciated.
