My Dad's battle with Lymphoma
Donation protected
Dear family and friends,
My name is Veronica Gomez and I am the daughter of Robas. As some of you may already know, on June 11th, 2020, our world seemed to become unhinged. My dad was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkins Lymphoma cancer in the throat and stomach. The coverage provided by his insurance is very limited and due to recent COVID-19 layoff, insurance will end in less than a month. His doctor is advising to get treatment started ASAP, as my dad is experiencing increasing discomfort day by day.
This week has been a lot. A lot of tears were shed. A lot of heads were bowed with grief and anguish. A lot of uneasiness was felt and a lot of uncertainty took hold. But with the amount of prayers and support from family and friends, we have managed.
Unfortunately, the financial aspect of this disease is unpredictable. Any amount helps and can go a long way. I am not good at asking people for money and to be honest I don't even know if I am doing right by him on here but one thing I do know is that I would do anything for my Dad. So I hope that you would please share this on your social media or with family and friends. So on his behalf, we would like to reach out to everyone for your help and support to help pay his existing medical bills and what is to come and continue his appointments and treatments to come without any further delay.
Myself and my family are truly grateful to whatever you can contribute, and we thank you in advance for your kindness, support, and prayers.
Thank you,
Veronica Gomez.

P.S. I will try my best to keep everyone updates, as we still have a lot of testing and results to come.
