Honoring Robert Wilson

October 9, 2022 Update

Robert passed away on October 8, 2022 at 11:54pm. Rebecca, his daughter, described his final moments as being overwhelmingly  peaceful. 

We thank you for all the love and support this past week. 

While we are in mourning, we are comforted in knowing Robert is no longer suffering. 

Please continue to keep the Wilson family in your prayers.

Hello Family and Friends,

As many of you know, Robert has been battling Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for many years. His condition has accelerated from bad to worse in the last month. While the family continues to work and fight this disease with Robert, we are unfortunately faced with the harsh reality that he may not be with us for much longer.

Those who have had the honor to meet and spend time with Robert know he was a devoted husband and father. He, alongside his wife Maricela, thrived on helping those in need. I am an example of Robert and Maricela's love for helping. They took me in as a child and cared for me as they did for their daughter. Because of who Robert is, I am the person I am today. I know I am not alone in saying that Robert stepped in when someone was most in need.

The family is coming together to prepare for when we have to lay Robert to rest. All funds received through this account will be used to cover any medical expenses and upcoming funeral services. Funds will also alleviate additional financial stress for Maricela as she navigates this season.

We appreciate all the support.
