Robert Wayne Hare- Medical
Donation protected
UPDATE: Dad is doing well. He has good days and bad. But remains hopeful through it all. Sonia has been by my dads side the entire time. During all of this Sonia’s parents became ill with covid, and her mother lost her battle yesterday. If you feel led to donate to help with funeral arrangements, they would be forever appreciative. -blessings- Tash!
Robert was taken by ambulance from his home just a couple of days ago after he had fallen multiple times and became disoriented and in and out of consciousness. He was taken to Jacksboro where they quickly learned the sciatic nerve pain he had been diagnosed with days prior was in fact a urinary tract infection that went undetected, at this point he has become sepsis and very sick! He was careflighted from Jacksboro to Wichita Falls. To make matters worse he has BP issues and they are diagnosing him as a diabetic, his blood sugars being so elevated are making it harder for his body to fight the infection. He is in ICU, stable and showing improvements daily. His fever has now dropped, and his white blood counts are still elevated but starting to drop. He will remain in ICU on a vent until they feel it is time to start weaning him off, we really don't know what to expect on a time frame with that... but are believing it will be soon. We have faith Robert will pull through this with complete healing and God on our side, but we also know he's looking at a long road of recovery. Sonia has been by Robs side daily, however she isn't allowed to stay in the hospital overnight just yet, so she's been driving back and forth. We are asking, if you can not help with medical expenses to please continue lifting Robert up, he is loved by many and a fighter! We know he will pull thru this!!! Blessings to each of you!!
