"Robert had a fall and a concussion. While he was unconscious, he laid on his side and developed Compartment Syndrome in his right arm and leg. They did a fasciotomy (sliced open down to the muscles to relieve pressure) in each area to save his muscles. The toxins this released caused Rhabdomyolysis (a serious kidney injury), and he spent almost a week in the ICU. He was working up until this point and may need skin grafts to cover the wounds that are still open. He will need even more medical care now that he's home, even after the wound vacs come off the open cuts. Even if all goes well, he will need up to 12 weeks of medical care and doctors visits..."
