We have suffered a big loss this week. Our trainer Robert Keller has passed away, due to some unforeseen complications. He will be deeply missed. Robert brought an expertise, energy and deep passion to each one of his classes. He instructed with a great knowledge of the body and techniques to help each member get their very best, safest workout.

He was an amazing father to his three boys.  He was survived by wife Lisa, his kids, and sister Lory.  Please join us in celebrating him. Our hearts and prayers are with his family.
