Hi, my name is Cindy and I'm helping my friend Robert Isgett raise money for his brain surgery. Robert is retired after having spent 31 years in public service as a dispatcher for the city of Portsmouth Ohio and the Ohio State Highway Patrol. After retiring in 2020, Robert met his wife Susan and they have been making a life together since 2021. Robert started this past June with having a TIA. After many days in the hospitals with no answers. They recently found out he has a disease called Moyamoya, that is a genetic brain disease and he will be undergoing brain surgery at Cleveland Clinic on October 3, 2023. They will be incurring a large amount of medical bills. Susan has been unable work since June and will be unable to work as she will be by Robert's side. They are too proud to ask for assistance, so I am asking on their behalf. If you are able to help, they will be very grateful.
