Robert & Emilia's Road to Recovery

My name is Robert Reese. My wife and I were traveling south on a main street and we were hit head-on by a driver heading south. The driver was in a left-turning lane at a traffic light with no turn arrow. One car ahead of her made the turn in front of us on the green light. He pulled over and waited because he knew what was going to happen.

She sped up to try to turn after him and hit us head-on, causing our vehicle to fly into a light pole. Both cars were totaled. We are delivery drivers out of work. The vehicle is a personal rental, so it is not my car, which makes it worse.

The car ahead of her stayed to speak to the police, as well as many other witnesses.

We both have injuries and right now I'm not sure if the other driver has insurance. We are already coming out of a hole with bills. A couple of weeks ago, I almost had a stroke and was rushed to the ER. My wife had a kidney issue and medical bills hit us as well.

We don't know how long we will be out of work, but with no vehicle, we are down and out and the bills will continue to pile up. We are asking for help and anything will help. The doctors are scheduling us tomorrow for a full physical inspection. Hopefully, God has blessed us to be okay.

If you can send anything, please do, and we appreciate it. We are just trying to get back up and going. All of this sidetracked us and has prolonged our relocating process. Please, if you can, I am asking for both of us if you can help.
