From Mary Ann:
The moment that you left me,
My heart was split in two.
One side was filled with memories,
The other side died with you.
I often lay awake at night,
When the world is fast asleep.
And take a walk down memory lane,
With tears upon my cheek.
Remembering you is easy,
I do it every day.
But missing you is a heartache,
That never goes away.
You see, life has gone on without you,
But will never be the same!
My husband, the love of my life and my best friend Rob recently passed away on Tuesday August 11, 2020 from a massive heart attack after an 8 hour surgery to restore blood flow to his legs. He was also a very loved father and friend to many!

A little about the great man Rob LeRoy who was a patriot and loved the USA: When Rob was 15 years old he was offered a contract to design cars. I am not sure if it was for General Motors or Ford. It does not matter because at 15 he did not know what he wanted to do so turned it down. That was 61 years ago.
When he was 19 years old he bluffed his way on stage in Florida. People actually thought he was someone famous at the time. He sang 4 songs. When he got off the stage he was offered a recording contract and a weekly spot on the Dick Clark show. He still did not know what he wanted to do. That was 57 years ago.
I met the love of my life when he was 46 years old and I was 34. There are many years that I did not know him. We were together for 31 years and they were the best years of my life and he will always be with me. He treated me like a queen and did so much for me.
He was a hairdresser for 44 years and a damn good one at that. He was an awesome singer and won many Karaoke contests. He was a lifetime member and one time President of the Polush American Club. After he had leg cancer in 2015 he decided that he wanted to try painting. So I went out and bought him everything I thought he would need to get started. He ended up doing some beautiful work and never took any lessons. He taught himself and actually learned quite a lot from watching Bob Ross reruns.
He was also a really good cook and enjoyed coming up with some amazing Recipes. He made many things from scratch and all but 2 in 30 years I loved. His favorite pass time though was Bass fishing. When I first met him it was all about fishing. Fishing was #1, but shortly after meeting me I became #1. I will miss him dearly, he will always be in my heart. He was my soul mate and I will always love him.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and also my daughter's heart.
Mary Ann LeRoy
