Robert Broadus

Roberts obituary is listed on Claybar funeral homes website and kogt.com.  His memorial service will be on April 13th at 2pm. It will be located at Outlaw Bible Church located at 7595 highway 12 Vidor TX 77662. Followed by a BBQ . 

It is with a heavy heart that I have to say that Robert gained his wings this morning about 4:30. Please keep our family in your prayers and if possible please help me with his final expenses. He will be cremated and we will have a memorial service. When that is set I will update here with the information. Thank you so much!

Robert is my husband and my family needs help with the expenses for his final arrangements.

Robert was admitted to the hospital on January 5th this year with an aggressive and antibiotic resistant infection. He spent the first 3 weeks on a ventilator. The infection started in his lungs as strep pneumonia but quickly spread. It went to his liver and has caused him to have cirrhosis. They have suctioned is lungs and now he has chest tubes. The infection is getting worse. The doctors tell me he will not make it home from the hospital. 3-10-2024 he had to be intubated and put back on the ventilator. He has a feeding tube and has lost down to 130 pounds.

My daughter and I could really use y'all's help getting the money together for his final expenses. I have been the sole provider for our family for the last year and wish I made more to be able to afford this on my own, but Robert was the bread winner in our family.
