Hi, my name is Ricky and I'm in the unfortunate position of planning my dad's funeral following his very sudden death, just over a week ago.

My dad was my best mate and I want to do him proud with the respectful send-off he deserves.

Having worked his entire life until the age of 66, he was only able to collect 4 years worth of his pension meaning he didn't get around to securing finances for his untimely death, and the family are now trying to process their grief alongside the financial struggle of paying for his funeral.

Robert was a keen fisherman & he absolutely loved his bangers! We used to travel all over the country visiting tracks week in week out. He was a regular at Warton and Barford towards the later stages of his life, ultimately he is the reason I got into my hobbies, as he took me to my first meeting aged just a few weeks old!

He was my inspiration for starting the 'Flat Out Banger Photos' page, and was well liked and respected by a number of drivers past and present.
