Robert Andrew Lee Sanchez Herrera - Funeral Costs
Donation protected
Robert Andrew Lee Sanchez tragically passed away on the night of August 9th 2020. He was 24 years young and his life was taken far too soon.
His last words were to make sure that his sister Jewel was okay.
Robert was always vibrant and in tune with others' emotional state. Robert’s biggest concerns were love and family. He was a giver and one who was always available to listen to other people. He was always one to provide a shoulder to cry on for anyone in need.
Robert was always ready to make himself available for anybody who needed him. He had a contagious laugh and always knew how to brighten the spirits of those around him.
Robert had a difficult childhood, but that never stopped him from being a kind and compassionate soul.
Robert suffered from an accidental overdose. His sister Jewel tried to do everything she could to save him the night he passed, but sadly the substances he had taken had already taken full effect and there was nothing that could be done.
We are truly devastated and do not know how we will ever recover from the hole now left in our family and our hearts. He will truly be missed. There was nobody on the Earth who compared to him.
This money will be used for Robert's funeral and expenses.
A message from his Mom:
I’ve learned throughout my life, just how strong Robert was. I’ve learned from him, he showed me so much love. He made friends so easily and was true to each and every one of them. He supported them, guided them and made them happy. He made me happy.
I stand here today with a broken heart. The loss of a child is something I could have never prepared for. I refused to prepare myself. I wasn’t ready. I'm still not ready. He had so many dreams and so many plans for the future. He would have made those dreams come true.
He did not die on his terms. He did not want to leave us. He loved us. He will continue to love us. My son, Robert Andrew Lee, died a man. He died with the dignity and the respect he deserved. He achieved his goal of making us proud. He achieved his goal of being proud of himself. Our lives will never be the same. He made sure of that.
Robert, I love you with all my heart; I am profoundly proud of you; you have taught me. I look forward to seeing you again when the time comes. I will continue to be the best mom I can be to your siblings, as you expect. I will continue to seek peace, as you wished. I will not let you down. It’s my turn to make you proud.
Rest in peace.
It's all good my son.
