Hi all,

We have created this fundraiser for Robert and Betta Failor. Robert had a simple procedure done on Thursday. Upon returning home things seemed to be great. He felt good and seemed to be recovering ahead of schedule. On Saturday morning Betta woke to find him in the bathroom in a tremendous amount of pain. So much so that 911 was called. After reviewing the imaging that was done, the doctors informed Betta that Robert was going to be airlifted to a hospital with a higher level of care. They had found that Robert had an Abdominal aortic aneurysm and he was bleeding internally.

Robert was airlifted to St. Peter’s Hospital in Olympia where he underwent an 8 hour surgery to repair the aneurysm. The surgeon explained that this was a very tough case and that someone must’ve been looking over him because the aneurysm was 8cm. The location of the aneurysm made it extremely difficult to gain access to it. Prayers were answered and Robert made it through surgery and is currently in the ICU.

As you can imagine, Robert is going to have a long road to recovery. With that being said, he will obviously not be practicing for the foreseeable future. Robert and Betta depend on their practice for their livelihood. They are obviously going to be looking at some extensive medical bills which will put a stress on the cost of normal living expenses.

Robert has dedicated his life to helping people. As many of you know, he has owned and operated his own Chiropractic office for the last 35+ years. Robert and Betta’s faith are at the forefront of their life. So even if you can’t give, please keep them in your prayers. Those are every bit, if not more, important than a donation.
