Robbie’s apartment was flooded due to broken hot water heating pipes in the house where he lives. The flood damage was extensive and due to issues related to black mold, he now must evacuate and find alternate living quarters. Compounding the issues, he lost most of his belongings such as tools, furniture, clothing, electronics and personal effects. Robbie does not have a financial reserve for emergencies and there is no insurance policy to fall back on. Robbie’s landlord is doing nothing to assist his tenants and as such Robbie is forced to file claims against the landlord which is time-consuming and expensive. Matters have become much more urgent as he was very recently diagnosed with COPD, a degenerative disease of the lungs that will be exacerbated through exposure to black mold.

I am reaching out to friends to come to his aid at this time when he needs it most. Moving will be a challenge but impossible without your financial assistance.
