I am a UNC student who volunteers at the Mariam Clinic, which provides free medical care for the uninsured. A patient of the clinic was closing shop for his employer on November 22nd when three men with guns entered, pistol whipped him, and robbed him. He sustained multiple skull factures and has no health insureance. He is the sole provider for his family and he had to return to work the next day with skull fractures.  I am hoping to raise money as quickly as possible so he can seek the medical care he needs and still provide  income for his family.
