Robbery Relief for Non Profit Dublin Preschool

Two nights ago, local and beloved non-profit Dublin preschool Resurrection Lutheran Child Development was robbed of more than $4,000 worth of items while they were on a week's hiatus because of Covid, including ipads, Amazon Alexas, Fire tablets, cameras, teacher's gift cards, office supplies, food, snacks, diapers, furniture, tools, hardware and more.

 

Not only were they robbed of many many items, the burglars also broke door frames, and vandalized some of the church. They literally stole furniture they couldn't break open. The whole school will also need to be rekeyed and have cameras put in place, in the upwards of $3,500. 00.

 

This preschool has been around for many years, and has made a huge impact for many local Dubliners who's children have gone here. They operate out of a small church and already make far less than large corporate preschools. They also charge much less for their care. It is very apparent when you visit Resurrection Lutheran Child Development that these teachers do what they do out of love. They love and cherish the children that they care for.

 

Please help me in making a difference for the amazing teachers and staff here locally. They are so saddened and devastated by all of this loss and destruction and need our help locally! Any amount will help! Please do something good for your own community during this unprecedented time!
