Hello,

My name is Meaghan Law, My fiancé is Keith Reid. We have two beautiful children named Melody (4mo) and Bryce (4yo)

This is hard for me to type; as an unfortunate event has just happened to our family. I’ve always been one to hate asking for help, and rarely do. Recently our home (Napadogan, NB just outside of Fredericton) had been broken into. We are staying in PEI while my husband works, the pandemic and our daughter being born has made it hard to travel back home. Most of our belongs were stolen.

They destroyed our home, my sons room was trashed, as all the other rooms as well, but that one hurt me the most, as my son was unsure of why. Many of his baby things were stolen, which are not retrievable as they only had sentimental value. We have no where to go back home too; as they ripped the copper wires ect out of the home, destroyed the walls and ceilings. It would be cheaper for us to demolish and build again. But unfortunately we have nothing at this time. I recently just had our daughter, Melody, so coming home to this completely destroyed my hope at this time. If anyone has any information please contact me or RCMP. They also had taken our dogs ashes, his name was Howard,

He was with us for many years. They were located in a cardboard box that my son had left on the dogs bed. I’m still wondering how someone could be so cruel. I had a very upset four year old when we had visited home last weekend. It’s unfortunate he had to see how the world really is at such a young age. I am aware that the ashes cannot be replaced, what I am worried about now is finding a place for us to live. Statement to RCMP
When we bought the house we were refused insurance as the home is so far from RCMP dispatchers, fire stations ect.. so we are left with nothing.

There is not much the police or forensics can do, the suspects were very thorough and smart, gloves, ect... I am at a complete loss.

Anything will help at all. We appreciate it from the bottoms of our hearts. Once again, thank you.
