Aloha Kakou! On Tuesday morning, April 9, Aunty Sharol, Uncle Pat, and 8 and 11 year-old Cousins were at work and school when their deadbolted door was kicked in and their house on Railroad Avenue in Hawaiian Paradise Park was ransacked. They came home to find that their home had been torn apart and almost everything of monetary value had been stolen by heartless thieves. The timing could not have been worse as they are planning to wed next month and had the money to pay for their wedding in the home (now gone). Also gone are their wedding bands they have never worn, their computer, iPad, our cousins’ piggy banks, and countless other items that they cherish. Anyone who knows our Aunty, Uncle, Cousins and their family knows that they are hard working, kind and upstanding community contributors. They are not the kind of family who asks for handouts. Unfortunately this sudden and unexpected violation has left them with no choice but to humbly accept love and support from our loved ones and community or be forced to cancel their wedding that they have been working so hard to plan and save up for. We understand that not everyone is in a position to donate monies, but please help in any way you can by sharing this campaign and keeping your eyes and ears open to help find the pilau individuals who did this to our family. Thank you so much for your time and positive encouragement. Aloha and Mahalo, Mahi Boys
