This past January, a very near-and dear-to-my-heart friend, Rob Terrell, was given the devastating diagnosis that he had pancreatic cancer. God and a Heavenly host of angels were watching over him as it was found in an early stage. After going through chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy, he was able to have the 9-hour surgery to have the tumor removed from his body. This was performed September 26th and he was discharged from the hospital October 7th to his home where he is currently recovering. Home health and physical therapy are currently visiting him in addition to his mother, a retired nurse, staying with him.
Rob will possibly be having another round of chemotherapy after his recovery from the surgery which will further delay him getting back to his work as a high school teacher and coach.
Unfortunately the medical bills are adding up and he could use some help to get him through until he can return to work and his income can resume.
I encourage anyone who can to please donate to help Rob get through this tough period in his life. He has given so much of himself to help others and now is our time to show how much we love and care about him by lightening the financial burden that curing him of this disease has cost. As always, prayers are also very much appreciated!!! God bless each and every one of you!!!

UPDATE 10-27-18 Rob has been back in the hospital since this past Tuesday having excruciating abdominal pain and has been diagnosed with colitis. He is once again restricted from eating but receiving TPN (IV nutrition).
I have been made aware that many of Rob's friends and family have been very generous in providing support earlier on in his illness and for that he is most appreciative. Unfortunately, this has set him back on his recovery. He is estimating that it's going to be approximately 3 more months before he can return to work.
