Hi, my name is Anthony Farmer. I am raising funds on behalf of my deaf brother Robert Farmer. Known amongst the global deaf communities as Rob Roy - Deaf Man Walking. He has ended up ill, jobless and homeless in the Philippines. Donations are going towards hospital bills, further social services and shelter, caregivers, establishing his visa requirements, food and water, flights back to Perth when he is well enough to travel.
