Rob Gilchrist Memorial Fund

In the early hours of June 14th 2019 the Kelly Creek community lost one of it's strongest pillars with the passing of Robert Gilchrist. He was a respected farmer, a kind partner to Marie Houle and loving father to his daughter Coralie. He taught many of us the very meaning of generosity and kindness, And proudly Produced healthy organic foods and medicines on Funky Beets Farm. He provided periodic employment to many in the community, and shared his skills and philosophy about his given craft whenever he could. He was a gentleman farmer, chef, sportsman and outdoor enthusiast who was taken before his time. Rob was a big dreamer and continually started different agricultural projects on his own land, rented farm, and elsewhere. This fundraiser is to help Marie and Coralie  through any immediate expense incurred due to funeral arrangement or otherwise. The whole Kelly Creek community really appreciates your support. Nothing will bring Rob back, but we hope to ease the burden on those he loved. Thank you.
