Rob Emery (AKA Burley)

Hello Family & Friends,     We deeply appreciate you taking the time to read about the recent tragic events changing our good friend. On Sunday, April 21st Rob Emery (aka. Burley) of Milton Ontario was out on his beautiful New Harley; only being ridden for its second time, he was in Flesherton coming to meet a bunch of friends, when he was suddenly struck by a car who was not paying attention while driving. Rob suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to London Ontario Victoria Hospital Trauma Centre where the medical staff gathered all of their best surgeons to help Rob! He has already had two surgeries and still has a very long road ahead of him as his ankle/foot are trying to be reconstructed and now he desperately needs our help. Rob is a loving and devoted, single father to his 10 year son, and even while facing the tragedy of potentially losing a limb, his only concern was how he would provide for his child! Rob loves to go to the gym and ride motorcycles. He is a crane builder who will likely never again return to his career and starting a new plan for life at 34 years old with your child depending on you and so many uncertainties in the future. Rob will also need to learn to walk again through rehabilitation programs.
