On Christmas weekend Rob went to the emergency room after waking up with severe chest pain and feeling like he was going to collapse.  Tests revealed that his heart was functioning at just 10%, and he was immediately sedated.  After being unconscious for 2 weeks it was determined that he would need a heart transplant as well as a kidney transplant.  This turned out to be the result of Rob having Covid-19, which had him feeling under the weather a few weeks prior.  The surgeries were successful and Rob's health is improving. Of course he has a long road ahead of him, as well as medical bills he had no way of preparing for.  This Go Fund Me was created to hopefully alleviate the financial strain that Rob is now facing so that he can focus on healing and his rehabilitation.
