Rob and Lynda Black

Hi my name is Rob Mackinnon and I’m fundraising for Rob and Lynda Black who recently lost their home in the Jasper, Alberta fire. Tragically, they lost everything and face great challenges as they move through the coming stages of recovery and rebuilding. Fortunately, most of their losses will be covered financially by property insurance. In the meantime, they are under great uncertainty and emotional stress as they grieve for their former life and endeavour to build the basis for their future. Funds raised through the GoFundMe effort will be used to support them on this journey. I Rob Mackinnon have been close friends with Rob Black since high school and have experienced many wonderful adventures with the couple in the Rocky Mountains and other locales. All proceeds from the appeal will be used for accommodation, meals, and wellness.
