Roaring for Robbie: Rallying Against Neuroblastoma

Robbie is a happy, active 3-year-old who brings joy to everyone privileged to be near him! If you met him at the playground, you would never know that in the past year, he endured months of chemotherapy, a stem cell transplant, surgery to remove tumors and a kidney, weeks of daily radiation, many complications, and finally, immunotherapy.

Partway through the immunotherapy, just before his third birthday in June 2024, new lesions were found, the treatments had failed, and Robbie's diagnosis is now terminal.

But there is hope for Robbie. His Calgary doctors have successfully applied for him to enter a CAR T-cell treatment trial at the University of North Carolina (UNC). Robbie and his family will soon head to UNC, where Robbie will spend at least six weeks in hospital.

The trial funding covers the treatment cost; however, his hospital stay will cost at least 75,000 USD. Our GoFundMe goal is to raise the funds to cover the hospital stay.

As you can imagine, Robbie's parents have faced a difficult journey, but they have approached every step of his treatment with tremendous courage and love for their little boy and each other. Let's show Robbie, Amy, and Brenn how much we love and support them! Sometimes, money does help!
