Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Southern Area Hospice Services and every   donation will help.
I am competing in the Ironman world championships in Kona Hawaii in October, after qualifying at my first  Ironman at Ironman UK in July 2021. 
It will be a long training road ahead but by me fundraising I thought that this would be a good idea for a special charity. This gives me a focus on my training and knowing that there is something good going  to the charity, this makes it all worth while.

Its aim is to enhance the quality of life for patients by providing a range of services. These are available in an Inpatient Unit in Newry, Day Hospice Units in Newry and Dungannon, Outpatient Clinics in Newry, Dungannon and Craigavon, a Palliative Care Team in Daisy Hill and Craigavon Area Hospitals, Bereavement Support Services and The Donaldson Counselling & Therapy Centre.
