The Road to the Convention!

I'm so excited! I'm going to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia as a delegate for Hillary Clinton! I love politics so this is like my academy awards. And the thought of being part of the process to elect our first female president makes me beyond giddy. Unfortunately, spending time working/ volunteering on campaigns does not bring in the big bucks. The estimate for going to the convention - hotel, airfare, etc - is about $5,000! The hotel alone is $750/ night!  I'm looking for a roommate and I promise not to eat too much.  (Always frugal!)

I'm not comfortable asking for things for myself so this is a BIG ask. I wouldn't do it if this wasn't such an amazing opportunity and I really appreciate any support. And anything I don't end up using for the trip I will donate to Hillary's campaign. Thanks!
