Road To The MiOne London Cup

My name is Ireal Daly, and I am raising funds that will help me to advance my football and academic career.  I am a dedicated young footballer pursuing an opportunity to play in UPSL this summer with Chantilly Forever FC as well as the MiOne London Cup in July, 2023 with Premier FC. 

Premier Fc is raising money to help the less fortunate players with their travel expenses for the London trip. But as a leader (I Captain Premier FC U19), I feel it is imperative to assist in this endeavor by raising my own money. 

 

I’m a firstborn boy from a single-parent household, so it's important to me not to burden my mother, and it is my goal to succeed in caring for my family in the future. This opportunity to be seen by the Premiership and NCAA Division 1 coaches in attendance can potentially open doors that I would not be able to walk through locally at this age. National is the highest level of play in the country, but garnering exposure abroad may lead me further to fulfill my lifelong dream of playing professional football.

 

The Covid 19 pandemic took away two years of my footballing life, which would have closed many doors. Everything became more of a struggle, from school to home life to playing football. Yet still, I was determined to stay ready for any opportunity that would present itself. That included studying hard to excel at the CSEC exams, working many odd jobs to help support my family and training alone to stay fit. I supported team mates with school, and stayed in the loop for any opportunity to play football. For the record I hold a 3.7/4.0 GPA. 

 

The money that I raise will be used to pay for expenses associated with my  travels and the purchase of football gear.
