Road to the Junior World Cup

Currently, I am on the mens Junior Canadian National team for field hockey. I have been selected to represent Canada at the Junior World Cup in Bhubaneswar, India. This opportunity is the pinnacle of my career as an athlete and I am beyond grateful to have the chance to represent my country, community, and family on the largest international stage for field hockey. Being a high-performance, international athlete went from a vision to who I am today as a person. Along with a significant commitment of time and effort on a daily basis, major costs also come associated. The Canadian junior national program is largely self-funded, which means I have to make a major financial commitment in order to participate. With other financial demands such as my education in university, this commitment can be especially challenging. The financial burdens are hefty for my family and I so I sincerely request that you consider supporting me in this dream of mine.
