Road to Recovery Michael Mehl

On March 6th, my Dad, Mike, suffered a massive stroke. He spent 3 weeks in the ICU with a few complications and setbacks in between. This incident has been devastating to my family and I. My Dad is one of the healthiest people I know, works out every day, eats healthy, and is a full on race car driver. We will never understand why this happened to him and can only take things day by day. 

He is on the road to recovery and has a long journey in front of him, but we all have eyes on the checkered flag. 

I wanted to express my sincerest gratitude and thanks to everyone who has reached out to my family and I. I know my Dad is so loved and has so many people thinking of him. He always knows how to strike up a conversation with anyone at any time and leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets. 

I know people want to do whatever they can to support my family and I. Instead of sending flowers or cards, I thought to open this Go Fund Me for anyone to contribute as they wish. We appreciate even the smallest of prayers and wishes and thank everyone for their continued support towards all of us and my Dad during this time. I can't express how thankful my family and I are that we have such amazing friends in our lives and people who truly care about Mike.
