In early October, I found myself struggling to catch my breath, which led me to the hospital. Little did I know that this visit would turn my world upside down.

Within seconds of my arrival, the medical team informed me that my blood pressure was through the roof, and I had a staggering 90% blockage in all five of my heart arteries. To make matters worse, they also discovered blockage in my carotid artery, a major neck artery. It was a stark wakeup call that I couldn't ignore.

Just four days later, I underwent a quintuple bypass surgery. While I'm grateful for the skilled medical professionals who saved my life, I now face a long and challenging road to recovery, including physical therapy.

This unforeseen health crisis has also left me without an income, and I have a second surgery looming on the horizon.
