This page is for Dionne Milli, a driver, photographer, videographer who was caught in storm of the tornado after doing a driving service. The wind of the tornado, storm lifted the car from the far left lane into the far right lane drifting & hydroplaning off the road hitting a tree near Virginia Beach Area. This accident totaled the car and left Dionne with a broken leg, a broken femur. Dionne will have to start all over while being in rehab with a broken leg.
