Another mother's worst nightmare has taken place once again on the streets of Chicago. It happened July 1, 2021, on 79th between Cottage Grove and Maryland. To start the month off with last minute holiday shopping and a fresh month my niece was hit by a stray bullet while riding home on what we had hoped for a innocent car ride. So vibrant, charismatic, and helpful this has been tragic to our family and all who know her.
