Road to Recovery #DK12

Due to the outpouring of love, prayers and messages of friends and family asking to give money to help David Kubec in his time of need, we as a family feel that this is something that is not for us to decide. This is David’s journey and we are just along for his ride. We have never been in a position to ask for help and have been so blessed to always be the ones that give back. If you know us, you know that no matter if we have known you for 20 mins or 20yrs we treat you as if your family. With that being said We are going to support friends wishes to donate via gofundme for David. We have been a family who has never asked or wanted anything other than love and friendship in life. While sitting in a trauma ICU for a week, I listened to so many stories of tragedy and triumph. It could have gone either way for David, and no matter how much I can try to make sense of how I could have made different choices in life to prevent this, I realized if I believe that than I must be Gods equal. I have witnessed so many instances of normal, careful, non risk taking people shattered by fate. They have never taken a chance, never even lived a day in the life of David Kubec, a dreamer, a lover of life and a kid who was living life like few have ever had the opportunity to experience. We pray that any and all donations are never needed and that David will have the opportunity to pass on anything given to the next in line, because that is what defines David Kubec all heart.
