Road to Recovery 8

For the 8th year Team Ruck 2 Remember will be partnering with the Royal Canadian Legion: Ontario Command to raise funds for Operation Leave The Streets behind. A charitable program run by the legion that works to transition military veterans and first responders that are facing or experiencing homelessness off the streets and into a sustainable living situation.

Road to Recovery is a ruck march that covers 2km for every veteran, police officer, paramedic and firefighter that died the year before. This year, that number is 65 so we will be covering 130km under weight from Mississauga, through Toronto and up to Aurora to finish at Ontario Command over the course of 4 days.

For the 2nd year in a row we will also run a virtual event that will give everyone an opportunity to participate wherever they might be. (Details to come!)

All funds raised here go directly to Operation: Leave the Streets behind, Ruck 2 Remember doesn't take any funds personally for their operations from this fundraiser.
