Road to Milan 2026

I am Nikki, currently Great Britain's female bobsleigh pilot pursuing the Olympic dream. The season is approaching quickly, and 'Team Nikki', off the back of great racing in the Europa Cup last season is seeking support. The new Olympic cycle has started and this upcoming season continues all efforts towards the end goal - Milan 2026.

Although the sport gratefully has UK Sport backing, no funds will be contributed towards Team Nikki's this season. Last year, friends and family supported me in attending 2 Europa Cup races, where my brakeman and I placed Top 8 in both. The season ended on a successful and crucial training week in Austria.

The funds raised will support my Team's accommodation and ability to train and race on the Europa Cup circuit in Norway, Austria and Germany. This will give me the piloting experience and develop my skills as I step up to compete on the World Cup stage the following year. The funds will also allow me to use better equipment, a significant aspect that contributes towards higher speeds and lower times!

I have not yet found corporate support, although I am still striving to achieve this. So, now I am relying on friends, family, work and fans to support me through this season as I progress towards the highest level.
