Dear Friends and Family,

As many of you are aware, John Bednarek underwent major heart surgery on Friday, January 10, 2025. During the procedure, two of his heart valves were replaced with pig valves. Unfortunately, there were a few issues during surgery which lasted much longer than anticipated. While John is still stable in the ICU, he has been heavily sedated since the surgery and is currently unable to wake up. Sudden movement is still a risk, so he is being carefully monitored by doctors and nurses. He is currently progressing very well each day and his heart is improving.

We are deeply grateful for all the love and support we’ve received, and many have asked how they can assist during this challenging time. While it’s not easy for me to ask for help, any contribution toward John's medical and future expenses would be incredibly appreciated as we navigate through this.
